National Baptist Convention 2010

Hammond Suzuki Executives DENNIS CAPIGA and LANNY DAVIS recently returned from the 130th Annual NATIONAL BAPTIST CONVENTION, which took place in Kansas City, Missouri, September 6-10. Joining Dennis and Lanny at the Hammond booth were Hammond Gospel Artists Moses Tyson Jr. and Aaron Thomas. Over thirty thousand Ministers, Lay, and Musicians of all ages attended the event, gathering for worship, meetings, and fellowship. As always, the Hammond exhibit enjoyed great popularity, and was constantly packed with enthusiastic visitors eager to see Hammond’s newest Gospel organs or to simply enjoy the outstanding musical demonstration performances by Moses and Aaron.
Hammond’s new Mini-B organ, which has the look, sound, and feel of the legendary B-3, attracted much attention from representatives of churches across the country. With a retail price of only $13,500 including a Leslie 971se speaker, this new and affordable Organ has become one of Hammond’s top sellers. Another Hammond instrument that caused excitement (with musicians standing in line to try) was the new Hammond 44 Melodion. The Hammond 44 is the finest, most deluxe and versatile Melodion  (Keyboard Harmonica) ever produced.
As in the past, Hammond was honored to provide the NBC convention with all the Organs and Leslie speakers required for this year’s event. Hammond has had a long relationship with the NBC, being a proud Corporate Sponsor of their joyful organization for the last 13 years.

Rightly favorable organization to deal with speech.
